Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty. All Day Hydro does not offer any technical support or sales advice. Customer pays return shipping charges for all RMA services. All Day Hydro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


Payment Options:

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMex, Discover, and Google Checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment in full has been made and we have received all information necessary to complete your order.

Credit Card Transactions:
 We are an authorized credit card merchant. In order to process and verify your credit card, it is necessary to collect your name, address and credit card account number. The transmission of this information is completed over a secure link. You will be connected using a secure (SSL) connection and all information is transmitted in an encrypted form.

Just follow the on-screen prompts provided to finalize your order when using choosing the credit card option. To reduce fraud All Day Hydro must ship to an address within the file of the credit card, but we will happily to ship to an alternate address if one is requested upon order. Sadly, we are unable to take any pre-paid credit cards or gift cards because there is no charge back recourse for these transactions.

Pay Pal Transactions:
If the PayPal option is selected the following steps will be needed to complete your order. You will need to visit https://www.paypal.com and send your payment to sales@alldayhydro.com unless you have already provided your PayPal information when creating your account with All Day Hydro. We will hold your order for up to 30 days until payment is received.  If payment is not received within 30 days your transaction will be canceled and you will have to place a new order. If any problems occur we shall contact you as soon as possible. It is important you respond to us as soon as possible because we can not ship your order until we have received the correct payment.


Warranty & Returns Information:
Here at All Day Hydro we provide a 30-day return policy on most of the items purchased through our website or retail store.

Special Order items may or may not be returnable. If they are returnable, there may be a restocking fee between 10-20% assuming that the item is still in new, unopened condition. Special Order items will be clearly stated within the invoice to avoid any confusion. If there are any questions we encourage our customers to contact us right away.

Large shipments that UPS or USPS are unable to carry will be sent by truck instead. Because of the size of these items, we are unable to refund any shipping costs if they are returned back. It will be the customers responsibility to be responsible for the shipment back to our warehouse. It is imperative that the customer understands this when considering a large shipment.

Items with a broken seal or have been altered in any way may not be eligible for return.

Full refund is available for unopened and undamaged items. This of course, does not include any shipping and handling fees. In most cases you will receive your refund the same way it was paid for.

For non-defective items that have been opened or used, the item must be placed back in original package and include all materials it originally shipped with. Depending on the condition of the resealed item, it may be susceptible to restocking fees.

For defective items, you have until the 30 day return period to report to us at All Day Hydro for any complications. After the 30 day period, defective items will be needed to be reported to the manufacturer of the product. Also if an item is shipped to All Day Hydro and we determine it is not defective, you may be inclined to the shipping and handling fees.

Broken bulbs and glass products are not available for return. If you feel the item may have been damaged during transit, please inform the delivery personnel that you are refusing package due to damage. We do not take any responsibility to items that are broken during delivery as it is the shipping company's responsibility. We encourage our customers to report damaged items as some shipping companies have a small time window to report any damaged goods.


Return Procedure:
All Day Hydro would like to personally assist you during your return process. If there are any problems with the item you have received, we will gladly provide an RMA form from the manufacturer to you. So please send us an email at sales@alldayhydro.com.
